Before Norma Ayala-Rosa became the Broker/Owner of NIA Realty Group, a virtual and local real estate brokerage and an accredited business of the Better Business Bureau (BBB); she was eight of 10 brothers and sisters, currently a wife for over 40 years to Eddie, a mother of two middle-aged amazing son and daughter, a US Army veteran, a Soldier for Life, a grandmother of three awesome grandchildren, and a loyal friend of many. She also has two bachelor’s degrees in arts and secondary education, a master’s in educational psychology, and a graduate certificate in Digital Forensics. She became a Real Estate Agent in 2005 and later a Broker in 2008. She is a native Spanish speaker to better serve her clientele and is currently learning Portuguese.
Norma faithfully served in the US Army for over 27 years retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel in 2018 and choosing to become a Georgia resident. She held Spanish K-12 teaching and as an Independent Federal Background Investigator’s credentials.
She is passionate about providing honest and up-to-date customer service to her clients and providing viable options for the myriad of issues that could arise in real estate transactions. Norma has first-hand experience and knowledge as a landlord and a proven track record of exceptional results in managing her own and others’ rental properties, as well as selling and buying homes, townhomes, foreclosures, first-time home buyers, REOs, and more. She is certified as a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and recently in 2022 became a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA).
